It all started with a child and a very sore tummy. Later came a diagnoses of Autism. My world felt like it was falling apart so I threw myself into the University of Google and soon discovered through hours of research that my sons diet was going to be instrumental in relieving his symptoms of Autism, and it was. With Natural interventions and drastic changes to his diet, eliminating hard proteins such as Gluten, Dairy, Egg, Soy we were able to reverse many of his symptoms and we were on our way to getting our baby back. However that little boy ended up having a very frustrated mom on another mission to be able to feed her child something other than cardboard tasting food, that was full of preservatives!!! I wanted people with restricted diets to be able to eat fun things like they use to, that tasted great, and also to be able to have a quick option before soccer practice or that mid week evening meeting. 

We do not add anything to enhance our products because with a clean homemade perfected taste we don't have to! We use fresh locally grown produce and certified GF flours in a dedicated GF facility.
